Sefarad

Sefarad was established in 1941 by Francisco Cantera Burgos and José M.ª Millás Vallicrosa. It is published twice annually, with 530 pages, containing original research articles, short notes (varia), and reviews on Ancient Middle Eastern Languages and Cultures; Philology and Textual criticism of the Hebrew Bible and its Old Versions; Philology and Linguistics of the Hebrew and Aramaic Languages; History and Culture of the Jews in Spain; and Language, Literature and Culture of the Sephardic Jews. All research articles are refereed externally. Access to the entire contents of the journal Sefarad is permitted through the electronic edition with no restriction half a year after publication.
